Abstract

Branch retinal vein occlusion is common vaso- occlusive disease of retina. Extent of resulting haemorrhage and edema in macular area defines visual acuity. This is a case report of patient with branch retinal vein occlusion with macular edema with no known systemic disease. FDA approved intravitreal anti vascular endothelial growth factor inhibitor was advised as treatment option for the disease.
