Dear Prof. Shalini Mohan Under your dynamic leadership the UPJO has evolved to newer heights. As president of the society NOS(UPSOS) I feel privileged to have a person like you in the team. UP journal of ophthalmology is an attempt to reflect the academic pursuit of the State. With 7 Govt. medical colleges, 2 central institutes and more than 50 Private medical colleges UP state can "boast of' it's robust academic profile. I sincerely hope that in your able leadership this journal would continue to grow to further heights. I sincerely wish that the UPJO should become the most "sought for" Journal by the peer group of ophthalmologists. With best wishes and complimentsAbstract
